Surrey Homestay Near SFU

Welcome to BC! We are a friendly bilingual Chinese-Canadian family looking for people to share our cozy townhouse in Fraser Heights, Surrey, British Columbia. We want to make use of our house’s extra rooms that our family of three cannot fill. We are located in a serene neighbourhood near Serpentine Creek close to SFU’s Surrey campus, and have no children in house so your can afford full privacy. – Cozy 110 square feet townhouse room located in Fraser Heights, Surrey, British Columbia.
– Three meals a day, internet, laundry, and other hygiene supplies (tissues, shampoos, etc.) included.

ENVIRONMENT
– Serene neighbourhood near Serpentine Creek
– No kids in house, full privacy is afforded.
– Friendly bilingual Chinese family

– 30 minute bus ride/5 minute drive to Surrey Central Skytrain Station and SFU Surrey Campus.
– 10 minute bus/drive to Guildford Town Center Shopping Mall
– 1 minute walk to 501 route bus stop right outside property
– 5 minutes walk to Guildford Village Shopping Center.
– 13 minute walk to nearby Fraser Heights Park
